You agree to provide accurate specifications for each component. Misrepresentation of load ratings, operating conditions, or material requirements may void warranties. You are responsible for ensuring the final product is suitable for your application.
Piratinc is not liable for indirect damages arising from cyclical fatigue failure if the component is used outside the documented torque, temperature, or environmental limits. Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective part.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these terms, including providing false data or attempting to reverse-engineer our forging processes. Termination does not affect existing contractual obligations.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
